Queensferry Fair Trade Group
Support Fair Trade now...
The Queensferry Fair Trade Group was founded by members of the South Queensferry Church of Scotland congregation and now also includes members from the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Roman Catholic Church. The group aims to promote fair trade among church members and in the wider community. Highlighting the challenges of poverty in the world, the group seeks to present ethical shopping as one practical way in which the lives of people in poorer countries can be changed for the better.
We aim to do this by:
- Encouraging people to take the Queensferry 2x2 Fair Trade Pledge
- Organising events that promote Fair trade
- Providing information about Fair Trade
- Raising awareness of the FAIRTRADE Mark
